Pro Tips:
Make sure to read sauces off of the door screen, not the sticker. This helps increase order accuracy and speed! Some condiments show up on different locations on the sticker from the regular sauces, such as HRBBQ and granola.
Have an empty counter or waiting on bags? Yell “baggers no bags” to pass pressure to the starters and fries.
Keep an eye on your sauce levels and make sure to ask the gopher or booster for any restocking needs.
Pay attention to the mobile orders where HRBBQ, granola, salad toppings, salsa, and seasonal sauces are subtracted from the order.
Ensure that the order is correct before passing it down. This means checking for all food items, desserts, straws, and fries.
Stock in between waves, especially if there is no gopher.
Communicate with the other baggers about which guest is at the door. The door will communicate with you frequently about who they are serving and are relying on you to pass pressure to the other baggers.
Fold third party orders when possible, during peak times it is acceptable to pass them to door, and the booster or MOD will come tie them
