Listen out for dine-in orders being placed on the trays. Since delivering orders is your greatest responsibility you want to always have the dine-in drop off area in your sight.
If there are too many dine-in orders for you to hand out in a timely fashion ask for a boost from the front of house leader.
When you deliver a dine-in order, ask the guest if there is anything else you can get for them, such as sauces or napkins. We want them to know we are happy to serve them!
When delivering an order use the guest’s name. This creates a connection and makes the guest feel valued.
When delivering a dine-in order remember to take back the table marker.
