Catering Role Responsibilities:
Prepares all catering orders piles
This includes all non-perishables (bags included) with receipt fastened to the piles
Piles are behind the drink towers prior to 10:30am, and on the biscuit table after 10:30am
Calls whole day’s orders starting at 9am
Answers all phone calls
Delivers Business of the Day
Takes catering sample (small nugget tray, small cookie tray, menu, and coupon) to a local business at appropriate time
Provides all orders to guests when they arrive (walks all guests out to car with order unless guest does not want them to)
Delivers orders unless our best judgment is to send someone else (ex: three pickups would happen during that delivery)
Note: if not taking the delivery, still loads the van
Sends spotlight ‘thank you’ to all guests that catered that day (handwrites cards to deliveries to mail to the address)
Boosts on shift as needed when needed and available
