§ Tie must either be plain, simply designed, or CFA Branded (basically no words or symbols other than one tasteful brand symbol)
General Requirements for everyone:
Must always be wearing a polo/blouse underneath your pullover/jacket
Cleanly groomed facial hair
Must not be on the neck
Must be close to skin
Outer layer must always be CFA
No hats/visors are to be worn inside
Only CFA hats can be worn inside, no toboggans/beanies
No hoodies inside
All warm gear must be Chick-fil-A unless it is layered underneath your clothing
No nails, must wear gloves if you have them done
Must be shorter than finger beds
Tasteful tattoos are allowed to be uncovered.
Jewelry
Jewelry (including medical alert jewelry) must be modest in size to help prevent the cross-contamination of food. Jewelry worn in Guest service areas must not be distracting to Guests (for example, it should be small in size, no neon colors, no attached decoration).
Necklace: Tucked inside clothing for safety
Piercings: Piercings are allowed but limited to:
Ears, must be simple metal studs, no dangling or hoop earrings
Up to 3 piercings per ear. (Each must be smaller than a dime.)
Nostrils, must be single metal stud
No other visible piercings (facial or other) are allowed
Band aids should not be worn to cover piercings
Wedding rings are the only rings allowed
No ankle bracelets
Anniversary Gift:
Pair of Shoes for Crews (up to $100~Employee can pay the difference if above $100 but will not be credited if below $100.)
