Pro Tips

• Do not walk and talk or type. The fastest iPads are the ones who put their iPad down and focus solely on pulling the car forward when the line is moving. These iPads are consistently the fastest and most accurate order takers!

• Do not hit the vehicle description button until you have a guest. As you are approaching the guest you can then put in the vehicle description prior to greeting the guest.

• Always wave in cars. Do not gesture at cars to pull forward or direct them like a runway manager. Give them a friendly wave and smile!

• Be aware of VIP opportunities. You can VIP without the OL instruction. 

• Be aware of iPad positioning in between orders. It is okay to talk to other iPads as long as there is good spacing, no one is clumped together talking, and everyone is looking out for the next car.

• Make sure only one iPad at a time is at the water station. This is to ensure there is always someone available to take orders.
