Pro Tips

• Be on the lookout for a potential mobile lane play. This is when the mobile lane position is checking orders in on the road. You will stand at the merge point and hold the traditional lane until the mobile lane is back in the parking lot.

  • If a guest in the traditional lane gets their order you can let them out.

• Ensure that all the iPads are following the systems and consistently coach when systems are not followed.

• Look for good responses from the iPads when coaching. If you are not getting a good response feel free to pull that iPad to the side and check in with them.

• Systems you can coach:

  • No walking in typing or talking

  • Hustling to the next car

  • Staying on task

  • Waving cars in

  • Positioning

  • Proper responses to headset coaching

  • Mobile lane giving a thumbs up to each guest
