Pro Tips:

• If 4 orders or more are on the screen yell “four” to alert the booster and MoD to a potential boosting opportunity.

• Pay attention to ice levels:

  • Sodas, water, and lemonades - normal ice is 1/2 of the cup, light ice is 1/4 of the cup, extra ice is to the top./

  • Tea and Sunjoy - normal ice is to the top, light ice is ½ of the cup, and extra ice is to the top.

• Make sure to clean your station during a clear screen or in between waves. It is especially important to clean the counter in front of and underneath the lemonade machines as the lemonade makes the counter sticky. Wipe down the top of the soda machine and behind as tea often gets spilled there.

• Make sure to stock regularly. Things you can stock include:

  • Cups - make sure both sides are full with cups. Use the blue grabber, not the yellow, to retrieve cups from above. If a cup box is empty let the gofer, booster, or 3rd drinks know.

  • Lemonade and Sunjoy - you can ask the gofer or 3rd drinks to bring up from the fridge in the kitchen. 

  • Bottles Inside of the fridge - you can ask the gofer or 3rd drinks to restock. When restocking make sure to FIFO, “first in, first out” to ensure older drinks are being used before fresh ones.

• Make sure to check sweet tea and unsweet tea levels regularly and let the gopher or 3rd drinks know when new tea needs to be poured. If there is no gopher or 3rd drinks is busy you can replenish tea yourself. 

  • After pouring sweet tea make sure to immediately brew a new batch of tea. 

• Pick up any trash on the floor using the yellow grabbers in order to keep your area clean and easily maneuverable.
