When checking in orders make sure to be aware of gaps in the line. It is your responsibility to keep the mobile lane moving at all times.
If you ever leave the mobile lane, communicate with the OL so that they can step in.
Direct guests who are unknowingly in the mobile lane to pull around the building and turn left into the traditional lane. Be apologetic and understanding as this may cause some frustration, and encourage mobile order placement in the future. Most guests will cooperate if you display great core 4 and care for their situation.
