Relish is a program where companies have employees select meals for delivery. Employees must have their meals selected by the morning of the delivery, then, on that morning, we print and fulfill the order and deliver. Below are the steps you need to fulfill a day's Relish order:
Log in to EzCater (https://ezmanage.ezcater.com/)
On the left side, navigate to "Relish"
3. Click "View Order" on the day's order
4. If a Driver is not assigned, it is essential to assign a Driver, as they will need to complete a step after drop off on their phones. That Driver will receive a text message (they do not have to have an EzCater account) about the order. They text message will contain a link they will need after drop off.
5. After 9:35am the morning of the delivery, a button will appear on the order that says "Print Labels." Click this button
6. Load this paper into the OfficeJet printer, face down. You will need one sheet for every 10 orders, rounding up. For example: If there are 23 orders, you will need 3 sheets of paper.
7. Give these labels to the kitchen Team Member on catering so they can label each box and salad with the appropriate sticker
8. Ring the order into the system similarly to how you would an EzCater order. ***PLEASE PAY VERY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT HAND COLUMN OF THE ORDER***
8a. If the order is below $200, add a misc. sale until it is $200 as that is the minimum a company will pay to receive a Relish order
8b. You may do a TBC sale under the EzCater account
9. Deliver the order to the company. (Some companies will have a Relish shelf that you can simply set the order on. Others will be delivered like a normal catering order to a receptionist or someone available to receive the order)
10. SUPER IMPORTANT: ONCE DELIVERED, THE DRIVER SHOULD CLICK THE LINK IN THEIR TEXT MESSAGE AND CLICK "DROP OFF COPMLETE." If we do not do this, the Relish system assumes the delivery has not occurred and we will get strikes against us.
