Making drinks is split into four separate roles, Drinks 1, 2, 3, and 4 at peak hours, but it typically run with 2-3 drink makers at most hours. The majority of beverages sold are sodas, teas, and lemonades, but the drink makers are also responsible for desserts.
Drink making at Brier Creek is all done through the cockpit. Many locations have their Front Counter order takers, for example, make beverages while taking orders, but CFABC is dedicated to separating output and input, and therefore allowing order takers to focus on order taking, and drink makers to focus on drink making.
Drinks are all made in order of orders taken, and split into their various destinations by the Runner position, leaving the drink making process as simple as possible.
