Input roles are broken into Order Takers, Outside Leaders, Mobile Lane, and inside Front Counter Order Taking. Brier Creek believes input should be a dedicated roles and shouldn't have any output tasks assigned to their area such as drink making. These roles are dedicated to speaking with guests in order to efficiently and accurate take their orders.
This is one of the most important pieces of order accuracy, and all order takes are taught to listen, clarify, and repeat all pieces of the order than they're given from the guest.
