Pro Tips
When exiting the door look left before proceeding to the right to ensure your order is not in the wrong direction.
When returning from giving out an order, hustle back so the door can stay 4 orders or less. Remember it is called RUNNER not walker.
Make sure to follow the triangle system when entering the door for orders.
Stand outside of the door. Enter on the right side and grab a bag from the counter. Find the order on the screen and bump off. Grab the drinks off of the drink counter, making a wide arc for other runners to enter. Exit after the following runner goes to grab a bag.
The triangle system prevents runners from bumping into each other.
Always close gaps before handing out an order. Wave to the guest instead of directing them like a runway manager.
Be on the lookout for opportunities to manage traffic. Oftentimes there are cars trying to turn left at the stop sign that need you to help direct them into the line.
Make sure to find the drinks for your order based off the door screen rather than the bag. Drinks are more likely to be missed or handed out incorrectly due to reading the sticker.
